Refund and Returns Policy

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU CAN DO IT BY MAIL.

• Returns are accepted within 15 days with the presence of original receipt at the price that the item was bought
• The cost of shipping for returns, has to be made by the customer
• We recommend returning the product in the same shipping carton that you received it.
• Please include a copy of the original receipt in the carton and address the return package to:

• The price of the returned item will be refunded back to the credit card used for the transaction as soon as your return is processed
• Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
• No returns can be accepted on the following products that are not sealed: washing gels and mousses, toners , some face products, body products and all hair products.
• In case of refund LA BEAUTECA may charge 10% for bank charges or any other cost
